About these terms

These cover your use of mymallgiftwallet.com. Terms governing the gift cards themselves are on the Gift card terms page.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email, not when you submit payment. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example a partner leaves the platform between your order and issuance — we cancel and refund in full.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Face value is what you pay; we add no buyer fee, activation fee or service charge. If a price is displayed in error we will contact you before charging anything.

Lead times

Lead times shown on workshop pages are supplied by those workshops and are estimates, not guarantees. Several partners make to order, and a card does not reserve production capacity. We publish current lead times so you can plan, but we do not warrant them.

Corporate and invoiced orders

Invoiced orders are subject to a credit check and to the payment terms stated on the invoice. Cards are issued once payment clears unless agreed otherwise in writing. Overdue balances may accrue interest at the rate permitted by North Carolina law.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to test stolen payment credentials, enumerate card numbers, scrape balances, or resell cards on a secondary market. We monitor for all four and will cancel orders and report activity where warranted.

Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient email addresses you supply, including in bulk uploads. We cannot recover a card delivered to an address typed incorrectly, though we will help you try.

Intellectual property

Workshop names and marks belong to those businesses and are used with permission under our partner agreements. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a gift card is limited to its remaining balance. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
