- Everything the workshop sells, not selected lines
- Made-to-order and bespoke commissions
- Deposits on commissioned work
- Monogramming and personalisation
- Repairs and restoration, where offered
- Remaining balance stays on the card
If the piece costs more than the card, they pay the difference at the counter. Cards are not all-or-nothing.

Questions
How is the card delivered?
By email, to whoever you nominate, at the time you choose. Send it now or schedule it up to a year ahead. A printable version comes attached if you would rather hand it over.
Does it expire?
No. Funds do not expire and there are no dormancy, inactivity or maintenance fees at any point. Federal law sets a floor here and we sit well above it.
Can it be used at any shop on the site?
No. Each card is issued for one specific shop and redeemable only there. That is deliberate — the maker is paid for your card and knows exactly what they are honouring.
Can it be used against made-to-order work?
Yes, at every shop here, including bespoke commissions and monogramming. For made-to-order pieces the card covers the deposit as well as the balance.
What if it does not cover the piece they want?
They pay the difference at the counter however suits them. Cards are not all-or-nothing, and any remaining balance stays on the card indefinitely.
Can I check the balance?
Yes, on the balance page, using the card number and PIN shown with your card details. We will never ask for your full card details by email, text or phone.
