For makers

Get paid when the card is sold, not when it is used

We take a small number of new makers each quarter. If you run an independent leather workshop in the Asheville area, start here.

What you get

  • Settlement at purchase, not redemption — the float sits with us, which matters most if you are a one-person bench
  • Your own page, written properly, with photography we commission or you supply
  • Redemption that works on a phone at the counter, with no new hardware
  • Monthly reporting on issued, redeemed and outstanding balances
  • Access to corporate and wedding-party orders, which is where the volume is
  • No exclusivity. Keep selling your own cards however you already do

What we ask

  • A signed partner agreement covering honour obligations and commission
  • That you honour cards at face value with no minimum spend and no blackout dates
  • That cards work on commissions and deposits, not just finished stock
  • An honest current lead time, updated when it changes — we publish it
  • Thirty days' notice if you want to stop, so we can close sales cleanly

Commission

We take a percentage of face value, disclosed in full in the agreement before you sign anything. Buyers pay no fee, so commission is the entire business model and we would rather be plain about it than bury it in a schedule.

What we do not do

We do not sell discounted cards, we do not run promotions on your margin, and we do not resell cards on a secondary market. One card, one workshop, face value.

Enquire about partnering

We reply to every enquiry, including the ones we turn down. See our Privacy Policy.
