Who we are
MyMallGiftWallet operates mymallgiftwallet.com and sells gift cards for partner workshops. Contact us at [email protected] or 500 E Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21202, United States.
What we collect
- Order information. Your name, email, billing details, the recipient's name and email, your message and delivery date.
- Payment information. Handled by our payment processor. Full card numbers never touch our servers and we never store them.
- Card records. The gift card numbers we issue, their balances and redemption history.
- Business account information for corporate orders, including company name and, where credit terms are requested, the information needed for a credit check.
- Automatic data. Server logs, and with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
- To issue and deliver your card, and to let the workshop redeem it — contract.
- To let you check a balance and to investigate disputes — contract.
- To detect fraud, including card-number enumeration and stolen-card testing — legitimate interests, and in some cases legal obligation.
- To assess credit for invoiced corporate orders — contract and legitimate interests.
- To meet financial record-keeping and unclaimed-property obligations — legal obligation.
- To measure our website and advertising — consent, withdrawable at any time.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Recipients and bulk lists
If you buy for someone else, or upload a recipient list for a corporate order, we hold those names and email addresses solely to deliver and service the cards. Recipients are never added to marketing lists, and bulk lists are deleted 12 months after the order is fulfilled.
Who we share with
Our payment processor, card issuing platform, email delivery provider, and the workshop redeeming the card (which sees the card and its balance, not your payment details). We disclose information to law enforcement where legally required.
How long we keep it
Card records are kept while a balance remains, then for the period required by financial and unclaimed-property law. Order records are kept for seven years.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability, and may object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Where state law grants additional rights, including opting out of sale or sharing, we honour them; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payment capture is delegated to a PCI-compliant processor, and balance lookups are rate limited. We will never email, call or text you to ask for a gift card number or PIN.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
